I ve been weeding for years now and i would love to share with you some must know tips for weeding vinyl.
For super small areas like pens or pencils i have found that the easiest way to work with the tiny cuts of adhesive vinyl is a technique called reverse weeding.
Reverse weeding gets it s name from the fact that in usual weeding you keep the vinyl on the backing paper however with reverse weeding you use transfer tape to weed your design.
Reverse weeding vinyl is when you weed away the excess vinyl from the transfer tape rather than the backing paper which is the usual way.

Let s talk about a fun vinyl hack that i ve recently discovered reverse weeding vinyl.
In theory this is easier to weed for smaller decals than doing it the regular way.
It s where you apply transfer tape across the whole unweeded decal and then weed the excess vinyl away from the transfer tape instead of the carrier sheet.
