Laminate flooring offers speedy installation a tough surface and freedom from finishing fumes in your home but this stuff isn t completely foolproof. Also use glue in areas where spills and the presence of liquid are a high possibility like the kitchen or near the sink.

This gap between the ends of pieces of laminate flooring is being fixed with glue. This essentially makes the laminate flooring water resistant. Glue down hardwood flooring often sounds more like real solid hardwood flooring than floating floors do.
